1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "2jil," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 2jil online gaming platform and its operating entity.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 2jil platform.
• "Platform" refers to the 2jil website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at 2jil.com.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the 2jil platform.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer tables, slots, bingo, fishing games, keno, and any other gaming products available on 2jil.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or reward offered by 2jil to players.
• "Funds" refers to real-money balances deposited into or won through a player's 2jil account.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 2jil, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino participation.
2. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
3. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 2jil, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 2jil platform or any affiliated platform.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

2jil reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 2jil. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts, as well as permanent suspension of all related accounts.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2jil account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify 2jil immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 2jil will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with another person.

All activity conducted through your 2jil account – including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested – will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified 2jil of a security breach. You accept full responsibility for all transactions made through your account.

2jil employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, session timeout controls, and login activity monitoring. However, no security system is infallible, and 2jil cannot guarantee absolute security against all forms of unauthorized access.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

2jil accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 2jil's discretion with reasonable notice to players.

All transactions on 2jil are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱10. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the 2jil platform at the time of the transaction request.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on 2jil:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• 2jil reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that appears unusual, including requesting source-of-funds documentation.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a review period. Verified accounts in good standing typically receive withdrawals within one (1) business day for GCash and PayMaya, and within two (2) to three (3) business days for bank transfers.
• 2jil does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Any funds deposited in error cannot be reversed once wagering has commenced. Contact 2jil support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error before placing any bets.

2jil complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Any transaction suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

2jil offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 2jil promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing on the 2jil platform.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• 2jil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled, any wagering already completed will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited in full, and the associated accounts will be suspended.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

2jil reserves the right to withhold bonus payments or reverse bonus-derived winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 2jil platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

By participating in any game on 2jil, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance and/or skill as applicable to the specific game type, and 2jil does not guarantee any particular outcome.
• The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.
• You will play games only for personal entertainment and will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• You will not engage in collusion with other players, exploit software bugs or glitches, or use any strategy that 2jil determines to constitute cheating.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, 2jil reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction may be voided.

2jil reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised, including through technical error, human error, or fraudulent activity.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jil platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on 2j il or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 2jil staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 2jil platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

2jil is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through 2jil customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2jil platform – including but not limited to the 2jil logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials – is the intellectual property of 2jil or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2jil platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 2jil content without prior written consent.
• Use the 2jil brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on 2jil content or platform functionality.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 2jil platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jil shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond 2jil's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.
• Decisions made by you based on information provided on the platform.

2jil's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 2jil account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

2jil reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements or law enforcement directives require account closure.
• 2jil determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, 2jil reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

2jil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 2jil will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 2jil platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact 2jil's customer support team to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. 2jil will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Where a dispute relates to the fairness of a game outcome, 2jil may refer the matter to an independent technical review. The findings of such a review shall be binding on both parties.
